Roadworthy Guitar and Amp want you to be happy with the purchases you
make from us. That’s why we provide a no hassle 10-day satisfaction
guaranteed warranty with every major purchase. What this means is that
if for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you make at
Roadworthy, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 10
days of the date of purchase. (This excludes strings, picks, and other
selected accessories, as well as consignment and other “as is” items.
Phone orders sold with 24 hour
approval. Refunds must be accompanied by receipt). |
If you
are not satisfied with a purchase you make at Roadworthy, you may
return it for exchange, credit, or full refund within 10 days of
purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by receipt.
Items without receipt may be returned for exchange or store credit
only. Items returned to us for a refund more than 10 days after date of
purchase may be assessed a restocking charge. Items must be returned in
original packaging in the same condition as when they left the store.
Any alteration of condition will result in assessment of restocking
fee.

We
further guarantee the performance and function of our used merchandise
(excluding consignment and “as is” items) for 90 days from date of
purchase. If you have a problem with a used instrument or amplifier you
purchased from us, we will repair it at no charge to you during the
90-day warranty period. In the rare instance that we are not able to
repair an item, we will replace it or refund your full purchase price.
This warranty excludes abuse, neglect, normal playing wear, strings and
loudspeakers. All new merchandise is covered by the manufacturer’s
warranty.
